LiesenCo is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate client-provided information or AI-generated outputs.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, software configurations, workflows, and materials created by LiesenCo remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their business data, logos, and customer information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiesenCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the previous three months of service.
